REFUND POLICY

We at Ilha Restrita want to offer accessible games and help both you, consumers, and the developers and publishers who trust us with their products, as well as the Amazon and its fauna.

To this end, we have defined this refund policy in the store, which is divided into three classes. As above, you see an island where there are three levels of distance, and the closer you get to the middle of the island, the more dangerous your situation becomes figuratively, in which case you just need to be aware and careful. As previously stated, the system will be divided into three classes: AREA 1/AREA 2/AREA 3. Each game and product available on the Restricted Island will have the identification of the AREA to which it belongs, displayed on the product's store page itself. Furthermore, purchases can only be made when the user accepts the Refund terms set out here, as the system only releases the "finalize purchase" button when the terms are agreed to by the customer. No sale is mandatory, much less tied. Only made under terms that are already pre-defined and presented to the user so that they can complete the purchase.

If a product you purchased with Ilha Restrita has activation problems, please contact customer service and we will investigate the situation and arrange to replace your product if it is found that the product you purchased is no longer valid.

Na questão do E-mail também enviado do produto, ao abrir o email a nossa API nos notifica que o produto foi aberto e visualizado pelo usuário, e portanto, impossibilitando do mesmo de requerer qualquer reembolso para tal.

AREA 1

Games in this class are exceptions covered by the Restricted Island in favor of the Publisher or Developer, where we import their refund policy to our store. Therefore, the refund policy for AREA 1 products are available on their respective pages of our store. Each will be defined on its store page by the developer or publisher.

AREA 2

Area 2 contains DRM-FREE games, i.e. those products that are not activated by means of keys, but are available for download only. Such products can be refunded within 2 hours, counting from the time the user makes the first download.

The refund request must be justified in these cases.

AREA 3

This class contains most of the games, those that are activated by keys and on well-known platforms such as Steam, Ubisoft Connect, Epic Games, Xbox, PlayStation, GOG. When purchasing the key, you hold power over it, which results in the loss of power of the Restricted Island over that key, so be careful when purchasing AREA 3 games, as the purchase is final, with no possibility of refund for mistakes or withdrawal.

If you have purchased an AREA 3 product and its activation did not work, please contact us to replace the key. We will only do this process after verifying that it is not working.
